If you boring with classical K-Menu hear you have nice alternative called KBFX It improves the user experience by enabling the user to set a bigger start button and by finally replacing the Win95-like K-Menu. Another attractive feature is you can write your own themes very easily and can add to KBFX.

Current version of KBFX is 0.4.9; definitely they will give lot of things with 0.5.
